With a firm grip on handle, pull pouch back smoothly across body to cheek. A good anchor point is the knuckle pressed into the corner of the mouth. Be sure bands are aligned parallel with each other. Hold for count of three and smoothly release pouch.

With a little practice remarkable accuracy can soon be achieved.
